Tahoe Beach Club Phase II condos have about half sold

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif .– Phase II of the Tahoe Beach Club went on sale in August and is now over 40% sold, with just 18 homes to buy, officials announced Monday (January 4th).

Construction is underway for all four buildings, with 32 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms and from 1,250 to 2,800 square feet.

Features include open concept floor plans, forest and prairie views, private one- or two-car garages, and radiant underfloor heating. Completion of the residences is scheduled for summer 2022.

Resales of phase one luxury condominium residences sold particularly quickly, with an 1,800 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence selling in a single day on the market for the full asking price in November.

“There is no other property in Tahoe that offers new construction, on the water in Nevada, with five star amenities. We are truly an anomaly and our demand is high, ”said Shayla Hope, director of sales, in a statement.

Phase I sold out long before its completion.

Each Phase I unit is complete and all 46 owners are occupying their respective residences, officials said.

The grand opening of the Beach Club took place on July 4, 2020.

There will be a third and final phase of construction to complete the Tahoe Beach Club project. Phase III is in the planning stage.
