Incline Village woman organizes Ladies’ Night Out for more than 200 women

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada — On November 4, more than 200 women will gather for a night of laughter, fun, and to watch the hysterical 2016 movie “Bad Moms.” Local mom, Tara Cannon, has hosted an event she says will likely be the biggest (and best) mothers’ night in Incline Village’s history.

The group will reunite at Incline Cinema to watch “Bad Moms” starring Mila Kunis, Christina Applegate, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Annie Mumolo and Jada Pinkett Smith. The $33 ticket price includes a seat in the reserved theater to watch Bad Moms, two drinks of your choice from an Incline Spirits-inspired “Bad Mom” or “Good Mom” cocktail, and popcorn.

An after party is also planned at Bowl Incline for an additional $30. After the movie, after-party guests will head to Bowl Incline, where the group will proceed to the reserved second floor. A DJ, food and a private cash bar were arranged to end the evening with more bonding and good times. At the time of publication, the after party had sold out in 22 hours. A waiting list has been launched for any cancellations or if more space becomes available.

Cannon says her intention is to bring local women together to remember the importance of female friendships. It is important to remember that a good way to recover from the hustle and bustle of life is to meet up with friends and make new friends. Additionally, Cannon reached out to the film’s main stars to invite them to join the party, as well as Snoop Dogg as “Token Man” for the event. So far, Kathryn Hahn, although unable to attend, has sent a message to the group.

Before the film, it will be possible to buy raffle tickets to win a variety of prizes. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase handmade handbags and other handmade items from Fundacion Semilla, a children’s home that houses over 100 children in indigenous communities in Durango, Mexico. .
